What We’re Looking For:
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of Trillium Health Resources long -term IT strategy and directly impact the success of data analytics in the organization. The Senior Vice President of Informatics and Data Analytics plays a critical leadership role in aligning data strategy with business objectives, ensuring that data is leveraged as a strategic asset. Reporting directly to the CIO, this position oversees the Business Informatics and Data Analytics functions within the Information Technology department.
On a typical day, you might:
- Architect delivery for complex business needs
- Develop annual budgets.
- Develop rules and regulations to manage information.
- Ensure that confidentiality and security requirements are met.
- Define production schedules that meet organization expectations.
- Manage staff
- Align resources to business requirements.
- Perform liaison duties between users, operations, and programming personnel.
- Provide ongoing review of IT BI capacity requirements.
- Assess technical risk and mitigation plans.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree- Information Technology / MIS, Mathematics (Actuarial/ Statistics), Engineering Sciences, Data Analytics, Business, Human Service field (such as Psychology, Social Work, etc.), Healthcare or Information Systems
Preferred education: Master’s or advanced degree.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience leading data or information delivery teams plus 1-5 years supervisory experience.
Preferred Experience: Supervision of 10 or more employees preferred.
Preferred License/Certification: One or more certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), data-related Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), MSCE, CISM, ITIL v3, Lean Six Sigma belt or equivalent certifications preferred.
Must have a valid driver’s license
Must reside in North Carolina to be considered for remote status
