What will you do as a Civil/Environmental Engineering Summer Intern?

  • Work with our team on real-world projects, generating innovative ideas and solutions to help grow Oceanit’s business.
  • Help prepare design plans, specifications, engineering estimates, project schedules, engineering reports, and other documents required for civil and coastal projects.
  • Contribute to the preparation of environmental assessment documents and regulatory permit applications.
  • Assist with construction management, overseeing fieldwork and inspections.
  • Analyze and resolve operational concerns related to engineering projects.

What are we looking for in a Civil/Environmental Engineering Summer Intern?

  • Problem-solvers with a talent for innovation; hard workers, quick learners, and self-starters.
  • Team players who are enjoyable to work with and strong communicators.
  • Recent graduates (within the past year) or students currently enrolled or accepted for enrollment in a degree-seeking program (diploma, certificate, etc.) at a 2-year or 4-year college/university, or graduate/professional school.
  • Majors in Civil or Environmental Engineering or Science.
