Program Controls 2025 Summer Intern - Glendale, AZ

Responsibilities: 

Assist internal customers in development of program plans 

Collaborate with internal customers in creation of program cost and schedule baselines 

Evaluate program performance 

Prepare and analyze program status reports  

Customer focus and frequent internal customer contact 

Coordinate meetings, prepare agenda and material to meet deadlines 

Shadow team members to gain experience in program management practices 

Complete required training modules 

Review Statement of Work (SOW) documents for Program Control requirements 

Assign time-phased resources and budgets to work scope 

 

MUST HAVE: 

Summer internship between Junior and Senior year. Available to work full-time for 10-12 weeks. 

Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics or related field  

Degree must be obtained within a year of the internship ending.  

Forty-hour work week. Weekly structure of three days on-site in the office and two days remote.  

Due to government program requirements and restrictions, applicant must be a US citizen.

Data Mining, analysis, and modeling techniques.  

Must be able to work effectively in a team environment and understand and speak with team members at all levels within a diverse workforce.  

Effective verbal and written communication skills to create a sense of buy-in among team members.  

Must adapt well to a changing environment where priorities may change regularly 

Ability to work multi-tasks with strong time management and organization skills 

tenacious, and possess excellent critical thinking skills.  

Able to work independently and with minimal supervision.  

Self-driven and action oriented. 

Ability to develop and carry out long-term and short-term objectives using effective time management skills
