2025 Summer Intern - Digital Real Estate

CohnReznick’s Digital Advisory Group works across all CohnReznick Advisory industries and service lines to empower our clients with forward-looking solutions that are resilient to change by leveraging innovative thinking to address their business questions and challenges. The Digital Team delivers value by assessing our client’s current positions, advising our clients on a path toward a mutually defined future state, and supporting our clients in adopting and implementing our recommendations. As part of this team, you will be exposed to various industry leaders and have the opportunity to deliver on a variety of Advisory services. 

As a Summer Intern within our Digital Team, you will get hands-on experience working on current engagements in a client-facing role. We will look for our intern to actively participate in creating outputs, and confidently engage with our team to communicate new ideas on how to improve the way we work. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic to learn, has strong communication skills, is analytical, and is a self-starter. We are looking for team members who have a professional attitude, a high degree of flexibility, a client-service orientation, and a genuine desire to see others succeed. 

Before your internship with the Digital Team begins, we will ask you to determine a path best aligned with your career goals and aspirations. We currently are offering three (3) distinct internship journeys: 

Digital, Enterprise Applications – This path focuses on developing and implementing strategies for companies to harness value from enterprise tools such as ERP platforms. 

Digital, Data & Analytics – This path focuses on enabling our clients to realize the true value of data in their environment through the use of reporting, analytics, and business Intelligence technologies and techniques. 

Digital, Industry Advisory – This path focuses on delivering industry-tailored solutions to our clients that enable cost savings, increase operational efficiencies, and/or increase top-line revenue. 

 

Role and Responsibilities 

Support CohnReznick Advisory project teams in servicing clients. This may include conducting assessments, evaluating processes, and developing solutions to our client’s strategic, data, and technology needs 

Assist team, stakeholders, and clients to understand business needs, interpret requirements and conduct analysis on engagements 

Conduct market research in support of client engagements and gain a deeper understanding of industries, service offerings, and technologies 

Build knowledge of the wide range of services CohnReznick Advisory provides 

Assist with day-to-day client service and practice development activities 

  

General Skills & Qualifications: 

Expected graduation in December 2025 or May-June 2026 

GPA > 3.0 required

Previous business or consulting internship experience preferred 

Demonstrated understanding of coding concepts preferred (R, Python, SQL, Java, etc.) 

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 

Excellent problem-solving skills; ability to analyze a problem from different angles/approaches 

Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience working in teams 

Strong written and verbal communication skills 

Strong organizational skills 

Participation in extracurricular activities (student organizations, volunteer organizations, project teams, sports teams, etc.); leadership positions preferable 

Ambitious learner with a growth-oriented mindset and passion for continuously learning  

  

  

Digital, Enterprise Applications Skills & Qualifications 

Knowledge of approaches for the evaluation, selection, and implementation of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems 

Familiarity with agile and waterfall implementation methodologies 

Understanding of how technology enables a company to grow and maintain a competitive advantage 

Ability to learn new technologies and their effect on an organization 

Strong business writing and communication skills 

Advanced analytical and collaborative problem-solving skills 

Ability to identify and efficiently communicate the different components of an analysis or conceptual structure of a problem or situation 

 

 

Digital, Data & AI Skills & Qualifications 

Hands-on experience with leading business intelligence and visualization platforms (Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik) 

Familiarity with the agile methodologies & software development lifecycle (SDLC) 

Experience building data pipelines, ETL/ELT, database design, and SQL 

Programming experience, ideally in Python, or another high-level programming/ scripting language 

Cloud development experience (AWS, GCP, Azure etc.) 

Hands-on experience in SQL or NoSQL database environments 

Experience developing web applications with SOA, RESTful APIs, and/or MVC architectures 

  

Digital, Industry Advisory Skills & Qualifications 

Strong research skills 

Experience with flow charting or mind mapping tools; knowledge of approaches to process improvement 

Knowledge of financial modeling methods 

Advanced analytical and collaborative problem-solving skills 

Ability to identify and efficiently communicate the different components of an analysis or conceptual structure of a problem or situation 

Advanced PowerPoint skills; ability to create high-quality presentations

The hourly rate for a Digital Intern is $36.
