The ideal candidate is a highly analytical leader who will join our restaurant management team. You will be responsible for leading a part of the company's day-to-day business operations (potentially Kitchen, Front Counter, Drive Thru, Catering) focusing on culture, developing leaders, managing costs, establishing systems. As one of the top leaders in our organization, the buck stops with you.

Responsibilities

  • Learn and work daily in an area of the restaurant, potentially Kitchen, Front Counter, or Drive Thru
  • Cast the vision and establish the culture for the department
  • Develop and grow all leaders in the department
  • Establish and achieve all labor goals
  • Establish and achieve all food cost goals
  • Create and implement all systems for department
  • Ensure operational excellence and be accountable for all service scores in in the department

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related discipline
  • 2-3 years of relevant leadership experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in restaurant management.
