Workplace Experience Coordinator
GlobalGiving is looking for an experienced individual to join our team. A successful candidate would bring structure and establish working relationships across the organization. They would also enhance and contribute to a positive team environment as a representative of the GlobalGiving US.
(1) Manage administrative services, including purchasing supplies, shipping, building maintenance, etc., maintain oversight of leases and service contracts, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and manage front desk reception of visitors, mail and packages.
(2) Model professionalism and monitor visual aesthetics of the workplace environment.
(3) Partner with Tech and HR to ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding of employees, including shipment of equipment and swag to and equipment from these individuals
(4) Contribute to the enhancement of processes and improvement initiatives.
(5) Track/reconcile monthly credit card statements, invoices and receipts for office expenses in a timely manner; make purchases on behalf of staff.
(6) Partner with teams to deliver exceptional event experiences for select internal/external meetings, including sending calendar invites, notifying attendees, reserving conference rooms, drafting/distributing agendas, tasking out briefing documents, and taking notes.
Other duties, as assigned, to support effective functioning of our GlobalGiving office.
