Special Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Growth Officer
GlobalGiving is looking for an experienced individual to join our team. A successful candidate would bring structure and establish working relationships across the organization. They would also enhance and contribute to a positive team environment as a representative of these executives.
(1) Manage the CEO’s calendar and engagement, prioritize time allocation, plan and organize meetings and events, and coordinate domestic and international travel (travel logistics, including making reservations for flights, hotels, and transportation).
(2) Support the development of the board of directors meeting agendas; project manage, prepare and distribute board materials for the full board and for Board Committees; manage board of directors contact information, ensure required forms/policies are completed on time, schedule quarterly board and committee meetings, then manage meeting logistics. Also, support any board of director visits to and/or use of the office.
(3) Support logistics, communications, and notetaking to help CEO and Chief Growth Officer to maintain and build relationships with external stakeholders and potential funders.
(4) Work collaboratively with the CEO on internal/external communications and document creation, including meticulously managing style and formatting, proofreading, and light editing.
(5) Track/reconcile monthly credit card statements for the CEO and Chief Growth Officer in order to complete and submit expense reports in a timely manner; approve expense reports of direct reports.
(6) Organize select internal/external meetings, including sending calendar invites, notifying attendees, reserving conference rooms, drafting/distributing agendas, tasking out briefing documents, and taking notes.
Other duties, as assigned, to support leadership and effective functioning of GlobalGiving.
