WRC Panther Camp Staff

WRC Panther Camp staff will be UNI students with a background in youth work.  Customer Service skills are needed as well as a desire to work with children.  Staff need to be proficient in at least one camp program area (aquatics, climbing, arts & crafts, sports, songs, game or skits).  Staff will also need skills in risk management, conflict resolution, creativity and a willingness to learn new skills.
