Leaderology is seeking a passionate Project Coordinator to support our Operations Team, Consultants, and Clients. This individual will support the execution of our Executive Coaching Projects, Off-sites, and Leadership Development Programs. The Project Coordinator strives for continuous improvement, responds to and monitors internal and external client requests, administers assessments, and gathers data to help us consistently deliver excellence. They have genuine curiosity about the rewarding world of leadership development and how we can all build fearlessly authentic leaders in our communities of effort. The Project Coordinator will report to the Project Manager and will work with a fantastic Operations Team.

The primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Independently manage and execute tasks to support the successful rollout of projects.
- Support the project manager in managing the demands of multiple projects and clients both directly and through team members and stakeholders.
- Monitor internal and external client requests and respond to them in a prompt, professional, and friendly manner.
- Create, communicate, update, and support the Project Manager in executing project plans.
- Schedule client calls, leadership development sessions, and stakeholder touchpoints.
- Administer all assessments, such as 360-degree feedback, behavioral assessments, etc.
- Work with the Project Manager to begin taking ownership of project management processes.
