Requirements for Application
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or Education (required). Master’s degree in Mathematics or Education preferred.
- Minimum of one year of teaching experience, including student teaching. Five years or more of teaching experience at the middle or high school level is preferred.
- Ability to teach a range of subjects from 6th-grade math through high school geometry. Ability to teach calculus and higher level mathematics preferred.
Salary Range and Benefits
- $36,000–$50,000+ for applicants with a bachelor's degree. $41,000-$66,000+ for applicants with a master’s degree. Salary is commensurate with education and experience.

Duties and Skills
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, interactive lessons aligned with MACA’s academic standards and biblical values.
- Provide individualized instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, parents, and school leadership to support student success.
- Inspire critical thinking and problem-solving through real-world applications of math concepts.
- Teach a range of math subjects from 6th-grade math through high school geometry, with preference given to those who can also teach calculus.
- Actively participate in professional development and contribute to a supportive, Christ-centered community.
