Project Management Intern
Stateside Lending is looking for a detail-oriented Project Management Intern to assist in planning and executing real-world initiatives over 15-20 hours per week. The internship starts ASAP, runs through the first semester of 2025, and can extend into the summer. After 60 days, remote work flexibility is available. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience managing meaningful projects that will be implemented within the next 4-5 months.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the coordination and execution of key projects across multiple departments.
• Maintain project documentation, including timelines, task lists, and reports.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project milestones are met.
• Identify and propose solutions for potential project risks and challenges.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com) is a plus.
• Self-motivated and eager to contribute.
