Description
In The Net Sports Complex, a 35 acre sports and recreation business offering indoor and outdoor sporting venues with artificial turf and natural grass playing surfaces is a destination site for youth sports teams from the Northeast, Mid Atlantic and across the United States. In The Net is located in Palmyra, Pennsylvania just east Hershey.
A 10-12 week paid internship
- Mid May – Early August
- Weekday, weekend, day and evening shifts required
- Holidays Off – Memorial Day
Responsibilities
- Supervision of staff, coordinate projects, and possess positions of responsibilities and leadership opportunities.
- Coordinate the promotions of events on social media platforms
- Planning, organization, execution of projects
- Compile and submit inventory and orders to the front office
- Prepare required paperwork, record keeping, and reports
- Perform periodic competitive price comparison with local competition
- Work as a team member selling concessions and/or apparel
Requirements
- Ability to work in a team environment, and multi-task
- Work on your feet for long periods of time, and be able to lift 50 lbs
- Provide your own transportation, and housing
