Client Success Specialist

Client Success Specialist – 40 hours/week
Salary: $50,000-$60,000 Depending on Experience

CloudResearch.com, a leader in innovative crowd sourced solutions for academic, educational, and corporate research, is looking for a Client Success Specialist to join their team.

You will assist Client Managers and Project Managers with day-to-day operations needed to support client services and studies and communicate with crowd workers. This is a full-time position. Working remotely is acceptable. 

Responsibilities:

• Customer support 
• Support project managers in setting up, launching and monitoring research studies
• Collaboration with social media and marketing teams
• Proactively communicate issues and recommendations with senior

Management

• Answer calls and route them to the responsible party and handle calls yourself where appropriate

Required Skills and Experience:

• Required minimum college GPA: 3.6
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Enjoys working independently and with a team
• Bright, hardworking, and motivated
• Prior work experience preferred, but not required
