Operations Assistant

All candidates should have a strong interest in working with the Destination Athlete team to get athletes to their personal destination, possess the leadership traits as noted above and have excellent communication skills.

The Operations Assistant at Destination Athlete 

The Operations Assistant will play a key role in order processing and fulfillment. Your primary role is to intake products ordered, guide the orders through the decoration process, fill order receipts, box/bag and ship the orders for each customer. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Inbound & Outbound logistics management
  • Check in products by style, color, size, and quantity
  • Heat press transfers onto garments
  • Print and manage order reports
  • Box and bag individual online and bulk orders
  • Communicate tasks on a CRM platform

Qualifications:

  • High level of accuracy & attention to detail is a must
  • Experience in project management & follow through is a must
  • Proactive and able to work independently
  • Has a positive and collaborative attitude
  • Basic Excel skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced setting
  • Sports acumen is a plus
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Microsoft Office: 3+ years

Requirements: 

  • Previous experience in a related field is highly preferred but not required
  • Personal transportation is a must

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 15-20 hours a week

Education:

  • College or equivalent (Preferred)

Compensation:

  • $16-$20
