 About the Intern Program

• 12-week program with start dates on: May 12th or 19th, or June 2nd
• 40 hours per week
• Must graduate between December 2025 - May 2027

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering, cleaning, and analyzing data from multiple sources.
• Conduct research and analysis to support business strategies and decision-making.
• Collaborate with different application teams to understand data needs and provide actionable insights.
• Support our business analysis team in the development and implementation of business strategies and data-driven solutions.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor key metrics.

Minimum Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

Additional Requirements

• Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. International Motors does not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B or F-1 status)

Desired Skills

• Minimum required cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any IT related degree.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and [any other relevant tools, e.g., Power BI, Tableau].
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Passion for technology and a hunger to learn.
• Experience or desire to learn business processes and data analysis.
• Knowledge of Relational databases.
• Previous internship or project experience in software development.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Critical thinking and problem solving.
• Ability to work independently.

Benefits and Compensation

• The expected compensation hourly pay ranges for hires into our 2025 campus intern openings is $24 - $38/hour.
• Hourly pay is based on year in school and is non-negotiable.
