PT/FT Sales Rep - Work from Home

What we sell: Life, Health, and Wealth products (including "debt-free life" financial and retirement solutions)
Who we sell to: A wide-range of clients/families depending on each product. Ages 0-85. We have a streamlined lead generation system that puts you in front of qualified buyers who have a need for the product.
Job Duties:
Setting Appointments: 6-8 hours per week: reaching out to potential clients that have previously requested coverage with our company and scheduling a time to meet with them to discuss their insurance needs.
Research: 4-5 hours per week: digging into the information the client provided in order to customize options to meet their financial needs in case of a death or disability.
Meeting with Families: 2 days per week: meeting with clients either virtually or in-person (the choice is yours) to present their options, discuss the details of the coverage, and help them apply for coverage.
Administrative: 2 hours per week: following up with insurance carriers to facilitate client applications through underwriting
Training should be completed in "non-billable" hours. You will be your own boss. You must be driven and improve your skills appropriately. We do offer training sites, videos, and both group and one-on-one mentorship meetings/opportunities.

Qualifications:
We are looking for coachable, challenge-seeking, self-disciplined individuals with a growth mindset: Skill set isn't everything for this position. There are no minimum education or experience qualifications necessary for those that have found success here. If you can learn the system, stay engaged and active by following the system, and be both people and results focused, there is no limit to what you are able to do here. Availability:
Work-life balance is the foundation on which this company was founded. This work from home role is designed to give you a healthy balance of the two. We have immediate openings for the following roles:
Spare time: This is a commitment of working 4-8 hours a week that can generate between $500 to $2,000 per month.*
Part-time: This is a commitment of working 8-25 hours a week that can generate between $2,000 to $5,000 per month.*
Full-Time: This is a true commitment and requires 25-50 hours per week that can generate between $10,000 to $20,000 per month.*
Commissions: This position is a commission-only based sales position. The average commission on a mortgage protection product is approximately $600 per family you protect. Our expectation is that a full-time agent will sell 5 to 10 mortgage protection plans per week. In addition to mortgage protection, we also have a selection of premium financial products to help people save for retirement or protect their current retirement accounts (e.g. 401k's and IRA's) from losing money in the stock market. We have extensive training on how these products work and how to sell them. In addition to uncapped commission, we have a competitive bonus structure program along with incentive trips agents/managers can qualify for based on their individual and team results.
