Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Reporting to the Director of People and Development, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will manage the recruiting process at Holyoke Community College. This position is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment cycle for the college which involves working closely with hiring managers and department heads to attract, select, and hire qualified candidates. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will employ various strategies and tools to source diverse and talented individuals to support the college’s current and future staffing needs.
