Customer Service Representative
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at JHR Solutions in Moon, PA. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for primarily for coordinating, scheduling, dispatching and tracking/tracing our live shipments. This includes shipments to be picked up, in transit and upon delivery. This person is extremely organized to make sure that these notifications on truck status are timely and accurate. The Customer Service Representative is crucial to ensuring we provide a high level of service to our customers.

- Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus
- Proficiency with G-Suite/Microsoft Office is a bonus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service is preferred
