Spiritual Formation Internship - Summer 2025

Spiritual formation at OneHope focuses on the development and spiritual flourishing of our global team. The director is seeking an intern who brings proficiency in writing, editing, content development, and coordinating events.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Development: Assist in the development of various forms of ministry content to support the spiritual formation of our teams and partners.
• Event Planning: Assist in planning and executing of enrichment training, day of prayer, and day long retreat.
• Administrative Support: Manage detailed notes, contribute to Spiritual formation strategies and implementation, document and share relative cultural findings. 
• Spiritual Development: Contribute in the refreshing of spiritual formations, assisting in the development and refinement of spiritual learning and practices.
• Prayer Journal: start a prayer journal, consisting of prayer needs from both global OneHooper’s and global/cultural needs. 
• System Creation: Create and implement systems for developing and developed OneHope Spiritual Development Resources. 
• Data recording: Collect and summarize data from OneHope’s Day of Prayer
