Digital Marketing Intern

INTERNSHIP PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS:

  • 15-20 hours per week availability (Tuesday through Thursday). Must be able to commit at least 3-4 hours on the days you are available.
  • In-person only.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interest in digital marketing opportunities

 

PREFERRED (but not required) SKILLS:

  • Social media property management experience (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X, etc.)
  • Basic design/production skills for ideating & creating social media content (iOS design apps, Canva, Capcut)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
  • Creative and analytical skills

 

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

  • Planning social content surrounding certain client initiatives.
  • Familiarity with various tour marketing platforms (Facebook Events, Songkick, BandsInTown)
  • Email marketing platform familiarity (Mailchimp, Emma, ExactTarget, etc.)
  • Website management experience (WordPress, SquareSpace, Wix, etc.)
  • Ability to compile and analyze social media and digital streaming platform data.
  • General understanding of digital music distribution (Spotify for Artists, Apple Music for Artists, etc.)
