Process Engineer (Integration)

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Direct, develop, and supervise engineers to create a productive work environment and maintain optimum performance of job duties.
• Supervise Product & Process Integration
• Work with passive & active Embedding Process
• Oversee Singulation Process
• Manage patent applications
• Direct, develop and supervise engineers to lead a productive work environment and maintain optimum performance of job duties

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent and proven personnel management skills
• Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to juggle multiple high priority tasks
• Effective organizational and interpersonal skill are required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Must have a strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

QUALITIFICATIONS:

• In-depth knowledge of relevant Process Technology
• A mature, professional attitude and work ethic
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for quality

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
