We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Social Media & Content Creation Intern to help elevate Swing Phi's brand presence across various platforms. As a member of our team, you’ll craft engaging posts and campaigns, ride the wave of social trends, and play a creative role in growing our audience.

This role is perfect for someone passionate about both social media and the stock market, ready to gain hands-on experience and make an impact.

Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality written, visual, and video content tailored to each platform (e.g., X/Twitter, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Identify trends, memes, and viral opportunities to integrate into our social strategy.
  • Build and maintain a strong social media presence for Swing Phi, driving engagement and growth.
  • Run social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with our brand and target audience.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, managing our online community to foster positive interactions.
  • Collaborate with the team to experiment with AI tools and optimize content creation.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and refine strategies for maximum impact.

Requirements

  • Passion for Finance & Stock Markets: Knowledge or interest in the financial space is a must (prior experience is a plus).
  • Social Media Expertise: Familiarity with X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, Instagram, and other major platforms.
  • Content Creation Skills: Ability to craft scroll-stopping posts, videos, and visuals that align with current trends.
  • Analytics Knowledge: Basic understanding of analytics tools to measure performance.
  • Creative Mindset: A proactive approach to storytelling and campaign ideation.
  • Bonus Points: Familiarity with AI-powered content tools or advanced analytics.

The Ideal Candidate

  • A proven track record of creating viral or high-engagement content.
  • Experience with community management on platforms like Discord, Telegram, or similar.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment with minimal supervision.
  • Excited to collaborate with a team of innovators and learn from mentors.

 

Note: This is an unpaid internship for Fall 2024.
