Data Analyst Qualifications:

• 2-year degree required; 4-year degree preferred majoring in Business or Economics
• 1-2 years of experience in data analysis required
• Experience in healthcare setting preferred
• Must be proficient in Excel
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize with excellent time management skills.

Data Analyst Job Description:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of financial reporting to identify improvements and optimize financial performance.
• Use data analysis tools to monitor trends and performance.
• Collaborate with internal team to address client
• Use problem-solving skills to address complex reporting challenges.
• Develop strategies to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy.
• Track revenue cycle metrics and provide regular reports to management.
• Keep up to date on industry trends and suggest process improvements.
• Work with internal and external teams to implement and maintain reporting tools.
• Maintain detailed documentation of financial reporting processes.
