Game Development Modeler

Kashmir World Foundation (KwF) is a global leader in wildlife conservation, utilizing cutting-edge technology to combat poaching and protect endangered species. Our mission is to develop innovative AI and robotics solutions that empower conservationists, rangers, and researchers worldwide. We are currently developing a Counter-Poaching Game aimed at educating players on the importance of wildlife protection, poaching prevention, and ecosystem preservation.

Role Overview:
KwF is seeking a talented Game Development Modeler to join our team. As a Modeler and Animator, you will play a critical role in creating 3D models and animations for the Counter-Poaching Game. This role is perfect for someone passionate about wildlife conservation and game development, with an eye for detail and creativity in crafting realistic and engaging game assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality 3D models for characters, wildlife, environments, and objects related to the Counter-Poaching Game.
  • Animate models to bring them to life, ensuring that the animations are realistic and match the game’s environment and mechanics.
  • Collaborate with game designers, developers, and artists to ensure that assets are integrated seamlessly into the game.
  • Optimize models and animations for performance across various platforms.
  • Assist in refining the visual storytelling and user experience to increase player engagement.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide feedback to improve game aesthetics and functionality.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in 3D modeling and animation, with a portfolio showcasing your work (preferably in gaming or environmental simulations).
  • Proficiency with 3D modeling and animation software (e.g., Blender, Maya, 3DS Max).
  • Strong understanding of character rigging, environmental modeling, and animation principles.
  • Familiarity with game engines (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine).
  • Attention to detail, with the ability to model and animate realistic wildlife, plants, and environmental elements.
  • Ability to work remotely and communicate effectively in a collaborative, virtual team environment.
