Associate, Corporate Research and Development

The Morningside Group of Companies is hiring recent graduates for positions with our research, evaluations and corporate development teams.

Associates are trained in the general principles and operations of the company after which they are trained for their specific team. Once with the company, associates are encouraged to learn about the different positions and to share their suggestions regarding their placement. The hiring goal for our January 2025 cohort is 6-8 Associates.

Successful Associates possess strong problem solving skills and an ability to articulate ideas and solutions in a straightforward manner. Additionally, associates are strongly encouraged to conceptualize their position within the framework of the company as it is and as they envision it going forward based upon current trajectories. Knowledge of excel, coding, and foreign languages are a plus but are not necessary.
