About Your Role:  

As a Behavior Consultation-Individual, you will provide services consisting of clinical direction of services to a child, youth or young adult development and revision of the Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP), oversight of the implementation of the ITP, consultation with a child’s, youth’s or young adult’s treatment team regarding the ITP.

Does the following apply to you?   

• Licensed in this Commonwealth as a Behavior Specialist  (LBS) OR
• BCBA or other graduate-level certification in behavior analysis OR
• Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) OR
• 1 year of full-time experience in providing mental health direct services to children, youth or young adults and a graduate degree in psychology, social work, education, or counseling OR
• Completed a clinical or mental health direct service practicum and have a graduate degree in psychology, social work, education, counseling or a related field

**Any BC providing services to a child with Autism must comply with the requirements for the BC-ABA JD.

Additional requirements/qualifications:  

• Up to 100% of travel between clinic, program office, and community locations
• Must be proficient in use of electronic health record system
• Must be proficient in completion of psychosocial assessments
