Position: Day Treatment Provider
Job Type: Full-time
Job Location: Bowling Green, OH 43402

Our mission is to provide child-centered, family-focused mental health and co-occurring mental health and substance abuse services to all Wood County and nearby families.


JOB SUMMARY:

Provide children and adolescents opportunities to participate in a variety of group activities that promote safe decision making, social and friendship skill-building, problem solving, conflict resolution, and positive coping strategies
 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Facilitate skill building groups daily
  • Provide outreach, assessment, and coordinated service planning
  • Identify resources within the agency and surrounding communities
  • Implement and coordinate service linkages
  • Prioritize needs within your caseload (scheduling appointments, closing, transferring, referring, discharges, etc.)
     

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in mental health, human services, early intervention, or early childhood education
  • Work Environment
    • Must be able to work evenings
    • Must be able to adapt to fast changing environments
  • Must have satisfactory criminal records check (BCI and FBI check)
