Location: Columbus, Ohio

* 1 year of supervisory experience in lab setting required and preferably experience in diagnostics area.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the Team: Supervise and support lab personnel to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Stay Connected: Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure expectations are met and challenges are addressed.
  • Solve Problems: Analyze data, create reports, and fix any discrepancies to deliver accurate results to clients.
  • Empower Growth: Train and mentor your team on the latest methods and tools.
  • Stay Organized: Manage schedules, ensure the lab has all necessary supplies, and keep everything efficient.
  • Take Charge: Step in to address quality issues, ensuring processes meet the highest standards.
  • Keep Learning: Stay sharp with new trends and innovations in food science through seminars and readings.

What You’ll Need:

  • A Bachelor’s (2–5 years’ experience) or Master’s degree in microbiology, chemistry, food science, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of lab safety, LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System), and general food science to oversee sample analysis.

Work Environment:
