* 1 year of supervisory experience in lab setting required and preferably experience in diagnostics area.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead the Team: Supervise and support lab personnel to keep operations running smoothly.
- Stay Connected: Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure expectations are met and challenges are addressed.
- Solve Problems: Analyze data, create reports, and fix any discrepancies to deliver accurate results to clients.
- Empower Growth: Train and mentor your team on the latest methods and tools.
- Stay Organized: Manage schedules, ensure the lab has all necessary supplies, and keep everything efficient.

What You’ll Need:
- A Bachelor’s (2–5 years’ experience) or Master’s degree in microbiology, chemistry, food science, or a related field.
- Knowledge of lab safety, LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System), and general food science to oversee sample analysis.
