Administrative Assistant
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support and assist with project coordination for our CIPP initiatives. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to project managers, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and keeping notes.
• Coordinate project-related communications, including emails, phone calls, and meetings with internal team members.
• Manage project documentation and ensure that all files are properly organized and stored
• Assist with procurement tasks, such as ordering supplies and managing vendor relationships.
• Support the project team with various administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, data entry, filing and document preparation.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and adhere to privacy and security policies.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or an associate degree preferred.
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), ability to learn new software.
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of project management principles and practices is a plus.
