ITSD Project Coordinator
The California Department of Public Health’s (CDPH) mission is to protect the health of the people of California and help shape positive health outcomes for individuals, families and communities.
The Information Technology Services Division (ITSD) supports the mission and services of CDPH as well as implementing the technology required to ensure the success of the public services and meet the expectations of the people of California. The IT Fiscal and Administrative Branch, within ITSD, advances this purpose by providing excellent customer service to divisional and departmental employees.
Under the direction of the IT Fiscal and Administrative Branch (IT FAB) Chief, the incumbent performs the more responsible, varied, complex, and/or sensitive support, technical, administrative, and analytical work for the ITSD Executive team and IT FAB. The Associate Governmental Program Analyst performs project management, coordinates administrative issues, serves as Division Liaison, and performs complex oversight of business practices such as streamlining a variety of tools and techniques to analyze data, processes, implementing best practices and maintains knowledge of Departmental policies and procedures. These duties and responsibilities require analytical and research skills, initiative, independence of action and good judgment.

- Possess strong written and oral communication skills
- Experience in responding to and managing multiple priorities with tight deadlines
- Experience in developing and maintaining cooperative and collaborative relationships
