Part-Time Spring Internal Audit Internship

Internship Program Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Pursuing a four-year degree, preferably in a business field. Must have overall 2.8GPA
  • Remote Possibility: Interns will be asked to join us in-office upon starting for training. After training is completed, interns will have the flexibility to work remote based on workload. Interns must have their own transportation to and from work when coming into the office.
  • Background Check: Successful completion of a background check is required.
  • Availability: Must be available to work up to 20 hours, anytime between 8am – 4pm, Monday - Friday.
  • Internship Period: January 2025 – May 2025, with the possibility of continuing with a full time internship during the summer.

Job Summary
 
Internal Audit’s role is to assist ADM management by providing independent, objective assurance and consulting services designed to make valuable contributions and improve the organization’s operations. This is achieved by utilizing a systematic and disciplined approach to evaluating and improving the effectiveness of our organization's risk management, control, and governance processes.
Interns will have the opportunity to assist audit teams in the completion of internal audits over ADM owned or 3rd party facilities and supporting functions such as accounting and compliance. They will have the opportunity to learn business risks and objectives and controls to mitigate those risks. Interns will also review, assimilate, and logically document work procedures while providing ADM leadership with information, analysis, and recommendations.
