Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Mental Health Clinician at Harmonia Collaborative Care in Derby, NY. The Mental Health Clinician will be responsible for providing social work, case management, psychology, family therapy, and behavioral health services to clients on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications
• Social Work and Case Management skills
• Psychology and Family Therapy experience
• Behavioral Health expertise
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting
• Empathy and compassion for clients
• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
• Licensure or certification in relevant field (e.g., LCSW, LMHC) is a plus
