Job Summary：
Trane Technologies’ early career student program internships provide current college students with challenging assignments, leadership training, valuable exposure to our company's senior leaders, and networking opportunities. Our 12-week summer internship opportunities offer candidates working toward their Bachelor's or Master’s in Mechanical Engineering exposure to various assignments, including HVAC Application Engineering, Assisting Technical Support and Operations Teams, Quality and Process Improvement, Technical Literature Creation, and updates.

Where is the work: 
This position has been designated as a Hybrid work schedule with work performed onsite 3 days each week.

Work location - 4500 Morris Field Drive, Charlotte, NC. 

What you will bring: 
•    Prefer individuals with interest and/or background in HVAC.
•    Education: Pursuing a BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher. Coursework or a degree path in HVAC is preferred.
•    Work Experience: At least one internship or work experience is preferred, ideally in the HVAC industry.
•    Technical Skills: Experience with drafting software, particularly AutoCAD, is a plus.

Act with customers in mind, establishing and maintaining effective relationships with them and channel partners. Gain the trust and respect of others by being a team player with strong interpersonal skills and a self-directed approach.

Compensation:   
Base Pay: $ 31.00 per hour. ($3500 one time lump-sum stipend included)
