Overview:

Green Market Ventures is looking for a self-directed Social Media Manager Intern to manage our LinkedIn presence. This role involves enhancing our brand visibility and engagement on LinkedIn, focusing on creating a strong footprint for Green Market Ventures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize the Green Market Ventures LinkedIn page.

- Create and schedule posts based on internal communications and industry trends.

- Leverage existing connections (33,000+) to expand the company's reach on LinkedIn.

- Research and implement effective hashtags and tagging strategies related to the cannabis industry.

- Work independently to develop a structured approach to social media engagement and content creation.

Qualifications:

- Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.

- Experience in content creation and social media management.

- Ability to work independently and take initiative on projects.

- Knowledge of the cannabis industry is a plus but not required.

- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.

Opportunities:

This is a six-month internship that has the potential to lead to a full-time position within Green Market Ventures upon successful completion. Outstanding interns may be offered a full-time role within three months based on performance and growth during the internship.
