Job Title: Bilingual Cashier/Sales Associate (Part-time)

Job Overview: 

Our goal is to offer a paid internship to students who have completed their first and second semesters of Marketing or Business.  We want to give a committed student the opportunity to apply their knowledge in the field.

We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused Bilingual Cashier/Sales Associate to join our team, we have two shifts, morning and evening. As a key member of our store, you will provide exceptional service to customers, assist with sales, manage transactions, and maintain a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet and assist customers, offering helpful advice and ensuring a friendly atmosphere.
• Sales: Promote products, encourage purchases, and inform customers about current offers.
• Cash Handling: Accurately process payments, handle cash, and give change as required.
• Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean, organized, and properly stocked.
• Problem Resolution: Resolve customer issues or complaints in a professional and efficient manner.

Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in cashier or retail roles is a plus, but not required.

Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while staying organized.
• Customer-oriented with a focus on delivering excellent service.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs.

Availability: Flexible availability to work Wednesday through Sunday, as well as holidays when needed
