Job Title: Sales Associate
Reports To: Sales Executive or Director of Sales
Location: Remote, Office, Client Sites, and other venues
Type: Full-time (3-month contract to start with potential to become fulltime W2 employee after 3-month review
Compensation: $1000/week paid weekly 1 week in arrears
Job Summary:
The Sales Associate supports the sales team by assisting with lead generation, customer interactions, and sales processes to drive business growth in IT professional services. This role requires effective communication skills and a proactive approach to identify client needs and support the sales team in achieving their targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Assist in identifying and researching potential clients in the IT sector.
- Qualify leads through calls, emails, and online research to build and maintain a comprehensive database of prospects.

Customer Interaction:
- Support sales executives in managing client relationships by participating in meetings and following up on client inquiries.
- Facilitate communication between clients and the sales team to ensure a smooth sales process.

Sales Support:
- Help prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts under the direction of sales executives.
- Track sales metrics, enter and maintain records in the CRM system.

Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and gather competitive insights to support sales strategies.
- Provide feedback to the sales team on market conditions and customer preferences.

Administrative Tasks:
- Handle routine administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing sales materials, and assisting with sales events.
- Manage documentation and ensure all client records are up-to-date and accurate.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Some experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the IT services industry.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic sales principles.
