Community Outreach Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial-minded individual to help build, grow, and promote Snapology of Fairlawn in the local community. The ideal candidate will excel at community outreach, infrastructure building, and operational coordination to ensure the success and expansion of Snapology’s programs. This role includes both in-person and remote work and offers a revenue-sharing component, providing significant growth potential for driven individuals.
Community Outreach, Marketing, and Sales:
- Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan to promote Snapology’s programs through social media, email campaigns, and partnerships with local organizations.
- Build and nurture relationships with schools, PTAs, libraries, businesses, and community centers to generate interest and secure class bookings.
- Schedule and attend in-person events, such as open houses, fairs, and community workshops, to promote Snapology’s offerings and increase brand visibility.
- Design and distribute promotional materials (flyers, brochures, etc.) to targeted locations in the community.
- Use digital marketing tools to drive online visibility and class registrations, including paid ads and organic social media campaigns.
- Actively follow up with leads, manage inquiries, and convert prospects into paying customers.
- Partner with local businesses to create co-branded events or sponsorship opportunities to expand Snapology’s reach.
- Work with schools, community centers, and other venues to book classes and secure schedules.
Operational Infrastructure Development:
- Collaborate with the owner to design efficient workflows for program operations.
- Help recruit, train, and manage teachers and other program staff.
- Coordinate logistics, such as class materials, instructor assignments, and venue requirements.
Qualifications:
Passion for education and child enrichment programs.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Availability for both in-person and remote work as required.
Organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
Experience in sales, marketing, or program management is a plus.
