Summer Camp Counselor

Camp Netimus for Girls is looking for university students to join our summer staff for 2025. We are interested in enthusiastic individuals who are at least 18 years of age, have some prior experience working with children, and who are eager to teach, learn, and most importantly, serve as role models for our campers. Counselors live in cabins with 6-8 campers and teach and/or assist in activity areas. 

Adventure & Discovery: High and low ropes course, outdoor cooking, and mountain biking

Equestrian Program: English hunt seat; beginner through advanced, and horse of your own a.k.a. "HOYO" (stable management and basic horse care)

Fine Arts & Crafts: Silk screening, stained glass, woodworking, jewelry, ceramics, arts & crafts, sewing, digital and darkroom photography.

Green: Small farm animal care, earth science, cooking

Land Sports: Soccer, basketball, tennis, golf, volleyball, baseball, softball, archery, lacrosse, and field hockey

Performing Arts: Drama; dance (jazz; hip-hop; ballet/modern, tap); artistic gymnastics, aerial silks, musical theater, and voice instruction.

Waterfront: Swimming, canoeing, kayaking, stand up paddleboarding, and water-skiing/banana boating. Lifeguard certification required to work at the waterfront.
