Management Intern
Participating in an internship at HRRA during our strategic planning phase offers invaluable exposure to high-level business/government operations. Students can observe firsthand how organizations analyze their current position, set future goals, and develop plans to achieve those objectives. This real-world experience goes far beyond what can be learned in a classroom setting.
Organizations undergoing strategic planning are often open to new ideas and fresh perspectives. As an intern, a student has the unique opportunity to offer innovative insights that could potentially shape the company's future direction. This allows interns to make meaningful contributions and see the direct impact of their work.
