Spring 2025 Production & Development Internship

SPRING 2025 FILM AND TELEVISION

PRODUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT INTERNSHIP

About Ryder Picture Company

Producer Aaron Ryder formed Ryder Picture Company (RPC) in January 2021. Ryder, along with partner and co-owner Andrew Swett, are some of the most prolific producers working today, with credits including Arrival, The Prestige, Mud, Memento, and Donnie Darko. RPC was formed with the goal of continuing to produce movies that are equally weighted in both art and commerce while also supporting world-class filmmakers.

RPC’s first film, Bruiser, premiered at TIFF 2022 and was released on Hulu in February 2023. The company’s sophomore feature, Dumb Money, tells the true story of the GameStop “meme stock” shorting phenomenon. The film, directed by acclaimed filmmaker Craig Gillespie, premiered at TIFF 2023 and was released nationwide in theatres by Sony in fall of 2023. In addition to these projects, RPC has a wide-ranging film and TV slate with projects set up at Sony, Amazon, FilmNation, MRC, and A24.
