Account Manager

We are seeking a full-time, dedicated, and dynamic Account Manager to strengthen our growing team. In this role, you will represent Workstream's latest offerings to our existing customers. Your primary responsibility involves executing the full sales cycle and upselling to our established client base. A defined monthly sales target will serve as your benchmark, necessitating a thorough discovery process to tailor solutions to our customers' unique needs. With sales cycles ranging from 1-3 weeks, a sense of urgency and the ability to work efficiently are key to success.


Day in the Life:

  • Initiating over 40 daily calls to schedule meetings with existing Workstream customers, ranging from introductory to renewal conversations
  • Conducting discovery calls to deeply understand client needs
  • Hosting Zoom demonstrations of our HR solution, highlighting its value and features
  • Creating a sense of urgency in advancing the sales cycle, ensuring prompt contract finalizations
  • Becoming a product expert on our existing and new offerings
  • Effectively managing your sales pipeline using Salesforce
  • Maintaining meticulous organization through strategic use of our engagement tool, Outreach, and our CRM platform, Salesforce

Who You Are:

  • Skilled in accurately interpreting customer inquiries and directing them to the appropriate department
  • A proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas

Salary Range: In compliance with the Pay Transparency Law, the on-target-earning for this role is $70,000-80,000 in Lehi, Utah. This is not inclusive of our equity package. When determining a candidate’s compensation, we consider a number of factors including skillset, experience, job scope, and current market data.
