The Franklin County Auditor’s Office is seeking a Property Data Systems Administrator to join the Real Estate team.

What will you do?
Provides oversight of the EA&T platform and the CAMA system. Builds and maintains software platform expertise in relevant features, operations, end user usage patterns, and through upgrades or other changes; documents how end user business processes are integrated with software functions. Leads projects that integrate and/or expend the software. Drives system upgrades and manage maintenance while coordinating with users and vendors.
Collaborates with the Auditor Information Technology team on end user support, enabling first-contact incident or request resolution where possible and handling escalated incidents and requests as needed.
Provides user support including end user documentation and/or training; serves as the lead communicator between end user and vendor.
Collaborates with vendor support to resolve system issues or user support requests. Collaborates with major 3rd party vendors providing support and development services, as needed (e.g., JustAppraised, OnBase, etc.)
Develops platform monitoring methods and post-patching/post-upgrade testing procedures to validate system efficacy. Supports periodic system regulatory compliance reviews and produces security and audit evidence as needed.
Who should apply?
We encourage individuals with a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in information technology or other related field; two (2) or more years of related experience and/or training; or any combination of training, education, or experience which provides the desired knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of this position.
