EMS Dispatcher
As a Dispatcher, you will play a key role as the first line of response in both emergency and non-emergency calls.
- Coordinate the schedule of EMTs and First Responders during emergency and non-emergency transports
- Receive, prioritize, and dispatch a high volume of calls, while determining the appropriate level of care
- Operate various computer systems
- Conduct outbound calls to customers to provide assistance and support
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction

WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in high-pressure situations
- Clean background check
