Finance Administrator - Accounts Payable
AltaVista is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to assist with the company’s day-to-day accounts payable procedures. As a department that is still developing at the company, you will have the opportunity to help establish core finance initiatives.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and process payroll
- Handle finance-related vendor payments and communication
- Execute employee onboarding and offboarding
- Manage internal receipts and credit card coding
- Assist with any other finance or administration related tasks
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- The ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- The ability to demonstrate skills in the following areas: organization, problem solving, project/task management, time management, dependability
- Experience with QuickBooks preferred
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field
