About the Role

This is more than a typical part-time marketing position—it’s your chance to take the reins and make an impact. As our B2B Marketing Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our marketing efforts, helping us connect with high-value clients in the luxury and fashion markets.

What You’ll Do

Social Media Management:

  • Post eye-catching content on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram to engage clients and generate leads.
  • Respond to inquiries and foster meaningful relationships with potential B2B clients.
  • Research and recommend strategies to enhance our social media presence and engagement.

Email Marketing & Campaigns:

  • Create and execute email campaigns that resonate with our clients using tools like Mailchimp.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize email performance and engagement.
  • Keep email lists organized and segmented for personalized, effective outreach.

Creative Branding & Content Creation:

  • Design professional graphics using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for emails, social media, and promotions.
  • Help with photoshoots and create content that highlights the beauty of our diamond products.

LinkedIn Outreach:

  • Send personalized messages to potential clients and partners, building strong relationships.
  • Track outreach efforts and suggest improvements based on results.

Marketing Calendar Management:

  • Own the marketing calendar, planning and executing campaigns across all channels.
  • Collaborate with the team on seasonal promotions, product launches, and creative initiatives.
