Japanese-Bilingual Customer Service Associate (OPT/FT/Waikiki)

Hawaii HIS Corporation, one of the top leading travel agencies in Japan, is hiring OPT internship students who can work in the heart of Waikiki, Honolulu HI, as a bilingual customer service associate for a year of employment.  

This is a non-exempt, temporary customer service position at the LeaLea Lounge in Waikiki providing visitors from japan with a variety of service and travel assistance in Japanese with visitors from Japan.  This position assists H.I.S. customers getting on and off the LeaLea trolley and shuttle buses from the airport to Waikiki, and manages the trolley start point at the Royal Hawaiian Center.

This position also sells various optional tours to tourists staying in Hawaii, provides information on events and transportation options, makes restaurant reservations, and provides various support services in case of emergencies.

This job is suitable for a person who likes to interact with people and a sociable person who wants to share the latest information about Hawaii with as many people as possible in Japanese.

In addition to the one-year full-time OPT internship, we also offer regular full-time and part-time positions for those who are eligible to work in the U.S. without any restrictions.
