Digital Marketing Graduate Program

The Digital Marketing Graduate Associate position is a full-time, permanent and paid role for recent graduates looking to kick-start their careers in digital marketing.

Blending masterclasses with on-the-job learning, the first two years of the position are on campus in Argentina as part of the Brainlabs Academy. At the end of the two years, we help you find your next role at Brainlabs in one of our US offices.

• Training: Brought to you by the team leading the way across Google, TikTok, Meta and the rest, you quickly get brought up to speed on all things marketing. You’ll then rotate through two year-long placements and put what you’ve learnt into action, working with real clients on real campaigns to produce real results. During your placements, you’ll join one of our twelve specialist teams – assigned based on your strengths and where we see the next big industry opportunities!
• On Campus in Argentina: In 2023 The Academy relocated to our campus in Buenos Aires, Argentina. We have a team dedicated to helping you with your move abroad – accommodation, visas, travel, and healthcare coverage. You don’t need to worry about the logistics! As soon as you land, you’ll be welcomed by our local Campus leadership team and the 50+ Brainlabbers living and working in Buenos Aires.
• Data, Strategy & Commercial Skills: Whether your placements are in Influencer and SEO or Paid Social and Retail Media, the program develops the skills needed to succeed in digital, today and in the future. The Academy covers everything from data analysis and strategic thinking to client presentations and commercial awareness. You’ll learn from the best of the best!
• Build Your Career with Brainlabs: The Academy is designed to create a pipeline of future Brainlabs leaders. Your mentor, and your manager and people partner, will guide you in getting the most out of your time in The Academy and as you continue to build your career with us. At the end of the two-year program, we’ll help you find your next role at Brainlabs – on campus or at an office in your home market.

Applications are open to recent graduates with the right to work in the UK or the US. We know that innovative thinking and creative problem-solving come from a wide range of experiences and backgrounds, successful candidates will be aligned with our Culture Code and looking for their next challenge.

The Application Process

Applications are now open for our Class of April 2025. The deadline to apply for this recruitment round is Friday 20th December. The first step of the process is a screening call with a Brainlabber. Successful candidates will be invited to complete some online tests followed by a one-day assessment center, hosted either virtually or at our New York office in January.
