Join a movement to transform crisis services in Maryland! Help BCRI apply for funding opportunities and generate resources as it expands behavioral health services into new communities and regions.

The VISTA Grant Writer will perform activities to build resource generation capacity and sustainability so that BCRI can effectively leverage charitable support and funding opportunities to better fund its services as well as its capacity to provide new services. The VISTA Grant Writer will develop a comprehensive fundraising plan with concrete goals and objectives to secure funding, identify potential donors and grant opportunities, and diversify BCRI’s revenue sources to facilitate a greater impact on the community. The Grant Writer will collaborate with BCRI board members and external leadership to help identify these opportunities. The VISTA Grant Writer will also identify, draft, edit, and submit funding proposals and grant submissions to charitable organizations or for notices of funding opportunities (NOFOs), including coordinating and facilitating BCRI program staff and external stakeholders to participate when necessary.
