Key Responsibilities:

Data Management:

  • Develop automated data pipelines and workflows to streamline data collection and reporting.

Data Interpretation:

  • Work with team members to interpret complex data and provide recommendations for process improvements or business strategies.
  • Assist in identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor them through reporting tools.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Collaborate with data engineers, developers, and other departments to ensure data integrity and usability.
  • Present data insights and analysis results to business stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Document analytical processes, methodologies, and findings for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data analytics and business intelligence.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to grow your technical skills and knowledge base.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Familiarity with data cleaning, preparation, and analysis techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into understandable terms.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
