The Association for Prenatal and Perinatal Psychology and Health (APPPAH) is dedicated to advancing the field of prenatal and perinatal psychology. We focus on the critical impact of early psychological development and aim to educate professionals and the public about the importance of nurturing connections from conception through infancy.

Position Overview:  Are you passionate about psychology, education, and social media? The Association for Prenatal and Perinatal Psychology and Health (APPPAH) is looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Intern to join our team! As a Social Media Intern, you will support APPPAH’s mission by creating and managing engaging content for our social media platforms. You’ll have the opportunity to build community, share impactful resources, and enhance APPPAH’s digital presence.

 

Key Responsibilities can include:

  • Develop and schedule posts for Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Create visually appealing graphics and videos that align with APPPAH’s branding.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster an online community.
  • Research trends and apply innovative strategies to boost engagement.
  • Assist in promoting APPPAH events, courses, and campaigns (e.g., APPPAH Live, Birth Psychology Month).
